1. How can I check my loyalty rewards balance?

It’s quick and easy! Just visit any MyFamily Grocer store to find out how many rewards you have collected.

2. How can I use my rewards?

You can use your loyalty rewards in two ways:

  • Redeem for gift: Once you have reached the required number of rewards, simply visit any MyFamily Grocer store, bring your loyalty e-card/card and a valid ID, and our team will assist you in redeeming your rewards for your preferred gift/s, subject to availability and verification.
  • Get a Discount on Your Purchase: If you prefer, you can also use your rewards at checkout to get a discount on your store purchases. Just let the cashier know that you would like to use your rewards, and the corresponding amount will be deducted from your bill.
3. What gifts are available?

From practical goodies to exciting surprises, we have got a variety of gifts waiting for you! Each gift has its own reward requirement. You can check the full list in-store or on our website.

4. Is redeeming gift on a first come, first served basis?

Yes! Gifts are limited and given out on a first come, first served basis. You may redeem one or more gifts depending on your available rewards and stock availability at the time of redemption. So, the sooner you reach the required rewards, the better your chances of grabbing your preferred gift/s!

5. When does the campaign start?

We kick off on 15 August 2025! There is no official end date, however we will keep going until all gifts are gone. The Company may decide to end or update the campaign at any time at its sole discretion, if required.

6. Can I reserve a gift in advance?

No, to keep things fair for everyone, gifts are redeemable only once the necessary rewards have been achieved, must be claimed in person and are only given out while stocks last.

7. Will my rewards be deducted after redeeming?

Yes, the required number of rewards will automatically be deducted from your loyalty e-card/card balance once you collect your gift or elect to redeem your rewards as a discount on your purchase.

8. Can I exchange my gift or request a refund?

All gifts are final. They cannot be exchanged, returned, refunded and are not transferred

9. Who is eligible to redeem gifts?

Only registered loyalty cardholders with enough rewards can redeem rewards in exchange for gift/s. The loyalty e-card/card must be in the name of the redeemer, who will be requested to present their ID for identification purposes.

10. What if I lose my loyalty e-card/card?

No worries, just call our Customer Service team at +230 466 2615 as soon as possible. A new e-card/card may be issued for Rs. 100 (Rupee One Hundred), and your rewards will be transferred to the new loyalty e-card/card. The Company is not responsible for any lost of rewards due to misuse.
