It’s quick and easy! Just visit any MyFamily Grocer store to find out how many points you have collected.
You can use your loyalty points in two rewarding ways:
- Redeem for gift: Once you have reached the required number of points, simply visit any MyFamily Grocer store, bring your loyalty card and a valid ID, and our team will assist you in redeeming your points for your preferred gift/s, subject to availability and verification.
- Get a Discount on Your Purchase: If you prefer, you can also use your points at checkout to get a discount on your store purchases. Just let the cashier know that you would like to use your points, and the corresponding amount will be deducted from your bill.
From practical goodies to exciting surprises, we have got a variety of gifts waiting for you! Each gift has its own point requirement. You can check the full list in-store or on our website.
Yes! Gifts are limited and given out on a first come, first served basis. You may redeem one or more gifts depending on your available points and stock availability at the time of redemption. So, the sooner you reach the points, the better your chances of grabbing your preferred gift/s!
We kick off on 15 August 2025! There is no official end date, however we will keep going until all gifts are gone. The Company may decide to end or update the campaign at any time at its sole discretion, if required.
No, to keep things fair for everyone, gifts are redeemable only once the necessary points have been acheived, must be claimed in person and are only given out while stocks last.
Yes, the required number of points will automatically be deducted from your loyalty points balance once you collect your gift or elect to redeem your points as a discount on your purchase.
All gifts are final. They cannot be exchanged, returned, refunded and are not transfera
Only registered loyalty cardholders with enough points can redeem points in exchange for gift/s. The loyalty card must be in the name of the redeemer, who will be requested to present their ID for identification purposes.
No worries, just call our Customer Service team at +230 466 2615 as soon as possible. A new card may be issued for Rs. 100 (Rupee One Hundred), and your points will be transferred to the new loyalty card. The Company is not responsible for any lost of points due to misuse.
