GENERAL

Store refund/exchange policy
At MyFamily Grocer, Customer satisfaction is of utmost important to us. Customers are eligible to return goods, for either a Refund or product Exchange with the below conditions:

1. Purchase Receipt: Customers must retain their original store purchase receipt as proof of purchase in order that they may qualify for any Product Refund/s (“Refund/s) or Product Exchange/s (“Exchange/s”).

2. Return of Defective Items: Customers may return defective item/s either within 3 days or as defined within the product applicable Warranty Terms and Conditions (“Warranty Terms”), in their original packaging and with all accessories, (as applicable), along with a valid purchase receipt. The returned item/s will be inspected before acceptance. Defective items may be repaired (as applicable), exchanged, or refunded (via cash or an in-store voucher), depending on the circumstance/s, and at the full discretion of the store management.

3. Non-Returnable Items: Any items that have been damaged, disassembled, altered, or combined with other items, or those without proof of purchase, cannot be returned.

4. Exclusions: This Refund/s and Exchange/s policy does not apply to fresh food/s and/or perishable items (which quality may or may not be affected by a break in the cold chain storing cycle), and/or any items purchased during sales/promotional events. Appliances sold in-store maybe covered by separate Warranty Terms and the conditions of return thereof shall be in accordance with the manufacturer/s and/or the appointed agent/s return policy/ies, and at the full discretion of the store management.
