Terms and Conditions for the MyFamily Grocer Lottery

M5 Capital Trading Ltd (“The Company”), trading as MyFamily Grocer, is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of Mauritius.

1. Introduction
1.1.Welcome to the MyFamily Grocer Lottery Program! Shop Now, Celebrate Later!
1.2. The Company is hosting a lottery program that will take place as from February 25, 2025, to June 07, 2025. at MyFamily Grocer, Trianon, CentrePoint.

2. Eligibility of Participant/s
2.1. The lottery is only open to eligible customers of MyFamily Grocer, that meet the following criteria:
a) Are aged 18 years and over;
b) Reside in Mauritius and hold a valid National Identity Card (NIC) or Residence Permit for work or otherwise;
2.2. This lottery is not open to Corporate Entities.

3. Participation Conditions
3.1. The lottery shall be governed by the following conditions:
a) The lottery has been approved by the Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA);
b) For every purchase of Rs. 1000 (ONE THOUSAND MAURITIAN RUPEE)
customers may register to participate in the lottery in-store. Customers must have a valid purchase receipt to begin the process of
registration. Upon completing the registration, participants will receive an SMS within 24 hours with their lottery number/s;
c) If an SMS is not received within the specified timeframe, participants should contact the Customer Service team on +230 466 2615, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 1 PM, for assistance;
d) Each participant must have access to a registered mobile number within Mauritius. The mobile number will be linked to the lottery number;
e) Participation in this lottery implies full acceptance of all the terms and conditions provided in this document.

4. Draw Details
4.1. The first draw will take place on Saturday, April 19, 2025 and the second draw will follow on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at MyFamily Grocer, Trianon Centrepoint. Both draws will be conducted with the assistance of Lottotech and under the supervision of the GRA, along with a representative from the MyFamily Grocer management.

5. Data Protection
5.1. The Company is a registered data controller under the Data Protection
Act 2017 (DPA) responsible for ensuring that Personal Data is processed in compliance with applicable laws.
5.2. The Company warrants that any Personal Data collected during the registration will be used exclusively for the purpose of administering the lottery and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
5.3. For the purpose of the lottery, Personal Data means:
a) Name;
b) Contact information (mobile number, email address);
c) NIC for Citizens;
d) Passport and Residence Permit for Non-Citizens

6. Lottery Winner Notification
6.1. Lottery winners will be notified via phone and/or email following the draw/s.
6.2.Prizes must be claimed within six months after the draw dates, otherwise, they will be deemed invalid.

7. Publication of Winning Numbers
7.1. The winning numbers for each draw will be published in the Défi Quotidien and Lexpress newspapers.

8. Prize Awarding
8.1. The Prize/s will be awarded at MyFamily Grocer, Trianon, CentrePoint (within) the CentrePoint Development promotions court, upon the winner's presentation of a valid proof of identity, proof of ownership of the registered phone number, and the original purchase receipt.

9. Modification rights
9.1. Subject to prior approval from the Gambling Regulatory Authority, the Company reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate, or suspend the lottery in whole or in part at its sole discretion.
9.2.Any changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.

10.Limitations of Liability
10.1. The Company shall not be liable for any loss/es or damage/s incurred by participant/s in connection with their participation in the
lottery or the use of any prize.
10.2. The Company will not be held liable for its failure or inability to contact participant/s and/or award a prize due to error/s, omission/s, or inaccuracy/ies in the contact details provided by the participant/s.
